grace view

This is the view directly across from the house we are living in right now. I love looking out every morning just to see how the light shines on the water...or if its cloudy....if there is fog rising up in thin whispy clouds....sometimes we see a blue heron finding his breakfast. Its such sight when he lifts his wings up over the pond to fly.

In such a time as we are now...not knowing our future...sometimes not remembering our purpose or our calling; I look at this bountiful gift view and see and feel God's grace in our lives...and then I am sure that in time I will know the answers.

my kids again :)

here is my baby girl.....ok I know she is ten and not a baby but I find it hard not to think of her as my baby since she is the youngest. I love that she still wants to cuddle in my lap and chat about whatever comes to mind. she is a random chatter and I have to pay attention or I get totally lost.

this is Tyler at his best. its been several years
since I have gotten a picture of him not making a face. he seems to think this is the goal of picture taking....well, technically Aubrey took this photo
but anyway...I don't think he has had a "normal"face photo in quite some time.

Little Green House

This is where we are living right now. Its a cute, rustic little place. It's really different from the houses we have lived in .... in Chihuahua.

There are trees all around and a pond in front. The view is wondrous. There are ducks in the pond and when the sun shines in the morning on the pond the other side is reflected in the water. It is a picture of God's grace in our lives right now as he leads us down an unknown path.

teenager in the house!!

ok so Jordan turns thirteen today. its been a while since
we have had a teen in the house so I feel a bit nervous.
and in two years there will be three teens in the house.
scary......

so a thanks and a tribute here for our son Jordan.
he was born 6 weeks early and for several days
we weren't sure how things would turn out. We
are still praising God for sparing his life when he was
born and for giving us 13 really cool years with him.
He is a sensitive happy boy with a ton of potential.
We thank God for his life and for allowing us to be
his parents!!
