september

yep. the whole summer has gone by. it was long and hot and boring. our baby girl was sick twice. very sick. and she missed several fun events she had been looking forward to. oldest son is away on his 2nd mission trip to haiti. 2nd son has worked and done lots of reading. oldest daughter has moved to a new apartment. we may be moving to a larger house. at least that is the plan. lately, we have been cleaning and prepping walls for painting. its gonna be a job! but, i hope the end results will be worth it. we really could enjoy a bigger space to work and play and live. so, now, September first. i'm always glad to see September. its only one month away from my favorite month of the year. the morning air is usually cooler in september and i can't wait for cooler temps. this summer has been breaking heat records...and i don't like extreme heat. we've enjoyed a nice rain thanks to a tropical storm...but i can never fully enjoy that type of rain when others are flooded and crops are ruined. september brings hope. i have hope. i am hoping. i hope you are too.
